Returns & refunds

Returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.

The item must be remain in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition. If you wish to exchange one item to a different product, style or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item, you can also choose store credit refunds on orders.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns. Returns costs have to be assumed by the customer.

UK/International Customs & Duty Charges
Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Sunburn Store cannot be held responsible for any charges.

If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received – You will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid, any import duties related to your return and an additional €15 will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.
